How do I look after my flowers?
Once the bouquet has arrived at its destination, it is essential to remove it from its packaging. Cut back the stems with secateurs or a sharp knife, then place the flowers in a clean vase filled with water at room temperature. It is important not to place the flowers near a source of heat (radiator or window in direct sunlight). You should also be careful not to leave the flowers next to a fruit basket (as the fruit ripens, it gives off a gas that is harmful to cut flowers).
Where and how are the bouquets made?
All the bouquets on our website are made in our workshops in Perly-Certoux. Our team of experienced florists clean, cut and arrange your fresh flowers of the day with the utmost care and precision. Once the bouquets have been made, they are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch.
Where do your flowers come from?
Mainly from Holland and France. Our exceptional roses come from Ecuador. Whenever the season permits, we do our utmost to source our flowers from Swiss growers close to our company.
Do you offer a subscription service for private customers?
Yes, Bouvard Fleurs offers tailor-made floral subscriptions for private customers. Our most beautiful floral creations are delivered to your living room at regular intervals. Our offer is complete and can be adapted to your needs. Depending on what you want, you can opt for different types of floral subscription. Monthly, fortnightly or even weekly... Our packages are designed to ensure that your home is always green.

Yes, vouchers for floral art lessons are available with the purchase of any bouquet on our site. With just one click, give your family or friends the chance to explore a multitude of floral creations throughout the seasons. From festive centrepieces to round seasonal bouquets, they'll discover our secrets and tips for expressing their creativity for two hours using the language of flowers.
Do you make floral decorations for corporate events?
Our team of experienced florists has years of experience in organising and decorating flowers for large-scale events. A meal with colleagues, decorating a reception room, a garden party? How do I place an order?
It couldn't be easier! Visit our online shop, where you can place your order simply and securely. Order via your account or as a guest and choose from our various categories of creations (roses, mixed bouquets, dried flowers). Select your preferred delivery date and the message you would like to send. Our qualified florists will then prepare your order on time.
Can I add a message to my order?
Yes, a message section is available with each bouquet. Let your imagination run wild!
Can I place an order in advance?
Of course you can! Our online ordering site is designed so that you can order at any time, and in advance.
My order has been confirmed. Can I still change it?
Would you like to make any changes to your order? Would you like to change the message to be sent with the bouquet? Just get in touch with us! Our team will be happy to make the necessary changes to your order.
Will my bouquet match the photo on the website?
Our team strives every day to create bouquets that match the photos on the site. Of course, we are dependent on the season and the availability of flowers, and we sometimes have to replace one variety of flowers with another.
DELIVERY
What are your delivery times?
All orders for Geneva are delivered before 12 noon, and before 9 a.m. for other cantons.
Do you deliver to my town?
Yes, if it is located in Switzerland
What delivery methods do you use?
What means of delivery do you use? + For bouquets in Geneva, our delivery drivers come in person. Bouquets to be delivered elsewhere in Switzerland are handled by Swiss Post.
How are flowers and plants protected during transport?
To ensure that your flowers arrive safely at their destination, we do our utmost to offer the safest possible packaging for our creations. As well as Craft paper, clear paper and tissue paper, our flowers are also placed in a specially designed pouch to keep the stems cool. Soaked in water, this protection guarantees that the flowers will last for as long as possible during transport. Finally, our creations are placed in reinforced cardboard boxes, specially designed for postal delivery.
What time can I order for next-day delivery?
Until 3pm on the day
What happens if the recipient wasn't at home to receive the gift?
Our delivery service is required to leave a calling card. On return, the recipient can collect the parcel from the nearest post office.

Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You can also place an order as a ‘guest’. You will still need to fill in some essential information (title, surname, first name and e-mail address).

We offer secure payment via Visa / Mastercard / or via a PayPal or Twint link.

Yes. Our site is certified secure
My payment has been refused. What can I do?
Do you have a problem? Got a question? Contact us! By email or telephone, during our shop opening hours. We'll do everything we can to find a solution to your problem.
Express delivery:
order before 12 noon and have it delivered the next day before 12 noon
