General conditions of sale and delivery of the company Bouvard fleurs SA in Geneva.


Our images and descriptions of bouquets, arrangements, plants and flowers are published for information purposes, their purpose is to show examples and samples of our fresh products in order to give our customers the opportunity to choose one of our items. We reserve the right to modify them according to the availability and the arrival of the flowers. We make every effort to ensure that the bouquet or plant resembles the image as closely as possible because we work with a natural product, the flower, which is perishable and can be used up. On the flower market it happens that some products are not available, which forces us to choose an alternative to realize the bouquet. We attach a lot of importance to the freshness and quality of our flowers and refuse to compromise on this subject. We strive to make our arrangements as close to the images as possible without being held responsible for any changes in the arrangements. We consider that our customers agree with this position and cannot accept any complaints regarding the modification of the choice of flowers or the aesthetic change of the composition.


Although our supply is daily and the life span of the flowers is variable, we cannot be responsible for variations in the life span of our flowers and for failure to follow common sense rules (lack of water, exposure to high or low temperatures).


We make every effort to ensure that the flowers and plants stay with our customers for a long time by providing the necessary care and preparations to deliver a 1st quality product. If the quality of our service requires a complaint (damaged flowers), you must return the arrangement within 2 days of delivery so that we can examine and possibly replace the item. We will do our best to find a solution and give you satisfaction.


Deliveries are made in the morning or afternoon. Once your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. In case of exhaustion of certain flowers in our assortment we reserve the possibility to deliver a similar product. If there are no similar products available, we will contact you either by e-mail or by phone to inform you and to offer you an alternative. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be put on hold and cancelled after 5 days without any news from you. No fee will be charged. If you have special wishes, we advise you to place your order at least 48 hours before delivery by phone at 022 771 48 43 during the company's opening hours.


All year long, except :

  • Saturday afternoon, Sunday and holidays.
  • Valentine's Day - February 14: due to the considerable volume of orders placed during this day, Valentine's Day orders may be subject to exceptional deliveries as of February 12/13, especially for professional delivery addresses.
  • Mother's Day: orders placed on this occasion will be delivered only on the Saturday morning before Mother's Day.


Please ensure that the delivery address and local telephone number on your order are correct and complete. We assume no responsibility for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In order for your order to be processed as quickly as possible by our florists, the following information may also be helpful:

  • For deliveries to hospitals, it is recommended to mention the department and the room number. We guarantee deliveries up to the hospital reception.
  • For deliveries to hotels, we recommend that you indicate the room number and the name under which the recipient was registered at the reception desk (couple, group, etc.). We guarantee deliveries to the hotel reception.
  • For deliveries to companies, our florists are not necessarily authorized to enter the offices. We guarantee deliveries up to the reception of the company.
  • The desired delivery time is only guaranteed in case of a wedding or a funeral.


They are made during rounds. We guarantee to respect the delivery date and the time slot, except in case of force majeure. In case of false or incomplete address, we will contact you by mail or telephone and will leave the delivery on hold. We reserve the right to charge twice the delivery fee if we have to return the order due to an error on your part. If the recipient is not home, we will leave the flowers in front of the door. Our deliverers make sure that the flowers do not dry out by providing a container with water if necessary and judge whether it is risky to leave them in front of the door or not. It is also possible to leave the flowers with the neighbors, the janitor of the building or other. In general, the bouquet will be deposited even in case of absence. In no case we can be held responsible for the possible theft of flowers left in front of the door. We deliver our flowers to the date and address indicated on the order. It is preferable that our customers ensure that the recipient is at home on the day of delivery.


For each order placed, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. It will contain your order number as well as detailed information on the item(s) purchased, the price, the delivery date, as well as the address of the sender and the recipient. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order, please contact our customer service directly on 022 771 48 43.


The price varies according to the season and will be the one in force on the day of the order.

The prices indicated on our website are inclusive of VAT. A surcharge is levied for delivery costs. It amounts to CHF 15.00 for a delivery in Geneva. (or its equivalent in € or $, depending on the currency chosen when the order was transmitted). This amount is indicated on the details of the order. This amount is variable if the delivery is in the Geneva area.


The prices displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT.

The orders placed in our E-commerce are generally only accepted with payment by credit card.

Only payments in CHF, EURO, and USD are accepted. The exchange rate applied is the official rate of the day. It may differ slightly from the exchange rate used by your credit card company.

If you are billed in another currency by your credit card company, the exchange rate applied will be the official rate of the day charged by your credit card company.


We do not give your information to third parties and use it only for the execution of your order. We do not use your information to send advertising from other companies. We reserve the right to send you from time to time a newsletter or information about the activities of our company, Bouvard fleurs SA. At any time you have the possibility to unsubscribe from our newsletters and also you have the possibility to remove yourself from our customer files by means of the login, your e-mail address and your password. In case you forget your password you can ask us for another one.


Any flower order can be cancelled up to one working day before the desired delivery date. It is imperative to indicate the number of the order concerned.

After this period, a cancellation of order cannot be accepted. In such a case we do not guarantee a refund of the order value.
