Article 1 – Organisation

Bouvard Fleurs, headquartered in Perly, Switzerland, is organising a free competition with no purchase necessary entitled ‘Photocall Fleuri’, running from 19 November 2025 to 18 February 2026, as part of a promotional campaign in the canton of Geneva.

Article 2 – Conditions of entry

The competition is open to any natural person of legal age residing in Switzerland, with the exception of Bouvard Fleurs staff and their families.
Participation is free of charge and is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the following article.

Article 3 – Terms and conditions of participation

To be eligible to participate in the weekly prize draw, each participant must:
1. Be a follower or follow the Instagram account @bouvardfleurs for the duration of the competition before posting your photo.
   2. Take a photo of themselves in front of the ‘Bouvard Fleurs’ photocall installed on the cargo bike circulating in the canton of Geneva.
3. Post this photo on Instagram, complying with the following conditions:
o Mention the @Bouvard Fleurs account in the post;
o Include the hashtag #BouvardFleursGeneve;
   4. Have a postal address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein so that Bouvard Fleurs can deliver the bouquet if you win. 
Any entry that is incomplete, non-compliant or contains incorrect information will be considered void.

Article 4 – Selection of winners

Each week during the contest period, a random draw will be held from among the valid entries received during the previous week.
The draw will be conducted randomly by the organising company.
Each winner will be contacted by private message on Instagram within 7 days of the draw.

Article 5 – Prize

Each winner will receive a bouquet of flowers donated by Bouvard Fleurs, with an approximate value of CHF 50.
The bouquet can be collected directly from the Perly shop or delivered to your home in Switzerland.

The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded or paid out in cash.

Article 6 – Liability

The organising company reserves the right:
   • to modify, shorten, extend, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control,
   • to refuse any entry that is clearly fraudulent or does not comply with these rules.
Bouvard Fleurs accepts no responsibility for any connection, transmission or access problems with Instagram.

Article 7 – Personal data

The information collected as part of the game (names, pseudonyms, post links, etc.) is used solely for the purposes of managing the competition and will not be used for any commercial purposes.
In accordance with Swiss data protection legislation, each participant has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by sending a written request to:

Article 8 – Communication

Participants authorise Bouvard Fleurs to share their publications (photos, videos, texts) on the brand's Instagram accounts for communication purposes, without financial compensation, for a period of 12 months from the end of the competition.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
No claims will be accepted after the competition has closed.

Article 10 – Independence of the platform

This competition is not organised, sponsored or endorsed by Instagram.
The information provided by participants is intended for Bouvard Fleurs and not for the platforms.
